Cosmetics Manufacturing company in Moorpark CA has great opportunity for a QC Administrator/Document Control.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00


Hours: 7AM - 3:30PM


Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, review, distribute, and archive controlled quality documents, SOPs, specifications, forms, and records.
• Manage document revisions, approvals, tracking, retention, and audit readiness.
• Review production and quality records for accuracy and completeness.
• Support internal audits, customer audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance activities.
• Verify labels, packaging, lot codes, quantities, and product specifications.
• Inspect incoming materials, components, and finished goods for quality and compliance.
• Document inspection results and identify nonconforming or damaged materials.
• Assist with investigations, corrective actions (CAPA), nonconformance reports, and quality issues.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and support returned product evaluations.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Production, Warehouse, Regulatory, and Customer Service teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in quality control, document control, quality inspection, or manufacturing.
• Experience reviewing labels, production records, and quality documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general office systems.
• Strong data entry, organization & communication.

Preferred

• Experience in cosmetics, OTC, pharmaceutical, food, or regulated manufacturing.
